Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive in exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will either provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
